<p data-start="435" data-end="853">The ARV 116 JJ UL from Armada is the freeride ski for riders who want to combine playfulness in powder with a lightweight setup. As the "Ultimate Lite" version of the legendary JJ series, it offers the typical surfy feel, but remains noticeably lighter thanks to the Caruba wood core and AR75 sidewalls - excellent for freeriders who also want to earn their dream descent on the ascent.</p> <p data-start="855" data-end="1281">With a center width of 116 mm and a pronounced tip and tail rocker, the ski is made for deep days. The shape with Armada's EST Freeride Rocker ensures effortless floatation, smooth turns and control even in tracked conditions. At the same time, the reduced camber under the binding enables reactive handling with excellent edge control - even when things get more technical on the descent.</p> <p data-start="1283" data-end="1666">Despite its size, the ARV 116 JJ UL remains surprisingly agile: the 3D contour in the tip area ensures easy turn-in and playful turns, while the stiffer tail construction gives the ski support for quick landings and high-speed situations.
