<p>The Therm-A-Rest Trek 3 mattress is a rock-solid sleeping pad with a great price-performance ratio. Especially if you are a beginner or occasional trekker and don't want to spend a lot of money, you get a lot of quality for your money.</p><p>The 3 cm thick mattress reliably keeps the ground cold away even at temperatures below zero and also provides a comfortable underlay thanks to the stable foam core. Thanks to the self-inflating principle, you won't have to inflate it after a long day on the road. The mat does the job completely by itself, you only have to inflate it for a short time to get the desired firmness.</p><p>At less than a kilo (about 850 grams regular), the Trek 3 mat is still handy and light enough for you to carry in your backpack. With all this, you can of course rely on the high-quality standard of Therm-A-Rest.</p>
