<p>The Aequilibrium Top GTX from La Sportiva is - as the name suggests - the perfect companion for demanding routes up high. Very similar to the Speed GTX, the Top is slightly heavier, but also has slightly better insulation and a more robust sole construction.</p> <p>With a lightweight design and maximum performance, this low-cut mountaineering boot impresses on technical routes and in the most demanding terrain. The upper made from lightweight synthetic material with an integrated lacing system ensures a precise fit and minimalist weight. The waterproof Gore-Tex membrane keeps feet dry even in the most adverse conditions. An insole made from polyamide with differentiated robustness and glass fibers offers optimal stability and support, even on difficult surfaces.</p> <p>The Vibram&reg; outsole guarantees excellent grip and traction, whether on rock or snow. Crampons can also be easily attached, making the shoe ideal for alpine challenges. The absence of a classic midsole reduces the weight to a minimum without sacrificing functionality.</p>
