<p>The Ortles 2 Mid GTX by Salewa is a lightweight mountaineering boot for alpine trekking and climbing passages. It combines high stability, precise support and reliable weather protection in a modern, performance-oriented design. The abrasion-resistant TriWeave™ upper material ensures high durability and low weight. An all-round TPU scree guard provides additional protection from rocks and scree. The integrated elastic gaiter prevents dirt and snow from penetrating and improves the fit on the foot. Thanks to the waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® Performance Comfort membrane, your feet stay dry and comfortable even in difficult conditions. The tried-and-tested 3F system with TPU structure supports stability in the heel and midfoot area and ensures precise grip in technical terrain. The stiff insole with fiberglass reinforcement offers high stability and supports precise stepping in alpine terrain. The TPU heel insert also makes the boot suitable for semi-automatic crampons. The Vibram® Alpine outsole provides reliable grip, offering great traction and control even on demanding terrain.</p>
